poetry lyrics:/ You'll hear tiresome cliches here and there,/ Peppered
hither and yon, so prepare./ Near and far, ebb and flow,/ cheek by jowl, quid pro quo./
  Some declare fair and square/ This nefarious fare./ Others warily swear/
 Off their use, even spare. -- /  Where repeated, they cause wear and tear.
