JAN 13, poetic non-sequitur: bush plane

 a) Reprise of material posted on January 13 in previous years ...

2020: Carolina lowcountry, oyster clusters (illustrated poem)
2021: Greek prefixes, ecto- (poem)
2022: classics lovers' verses, yukky Roman foods (poem)
2023: Carolina lowcountry, Cooper River Bridge (photo study)

poetry lyrics:/ The Earth's remote regions are vast;/ What's essential for transit
is "fast"./ Mules and dog-sleds: not needed./ Donkeys too have receded/
As "conveyance of choice" to the past,/ By bush planes, like Beavers, outclassed.

Our collection of "Non-Sequiturs" on our parent blog "Edifying Nonsense", contains an admittedly bizarre assortment of nonsensical odds-and-ends, that don't quite fit into other topic-based offerings. But should you want to review the entire collection, click HERE.
